Thank you for coming to my website. I am a fellowship-trained surgeon in urogynecology, offering a wide range of OBGYN services in Los Angeles, California. My specialties include urinary incontinence, fallen bladder, uterus, pelvic pain, bladder pain, menopause, hormones, failed prior treatments, medical aesthetics for vaginal and vulval health, and much more.

Dr. Zeno is a fellowship-trained surgeon in urogynecology and a certified fitness trainer, offering treatments and surgeries that compliment healthy lifestyles in order to meet womens’ health needs. In addition to her expertise in pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence, she is also skilled in treating benign gynecologic conditions such as menopause, fibroids and abnormal uterine bleeding.

She also performs minimally invasive surgeries, including robotically-assisted and traditional laparoscopy as well as vaginal approaches. Her primary aim is to work with patients and healthcare providers to individualize treatment plans. Dr. Zeno has spent a considerable amount of time in international surgical missions and publishing research, and previously served as a faculty physician at the University of Southern California.

Dr. Aldene’s Care Philosophy

Having done surgical missions in Guatemala, the Philippines, and Uganda, she recognizes the universal impact pelvic floor disorders have on women’s quality of life. Dr. Zeno uses evidence-based medicine to help patients choose treatments that help them thrive through womanhood. She supports multi-disciplinary collaboration with medical colleagues, pelvic floor physiotherapy, acupuncture, and non-medical healers in order to optimize patient outcomes. Prior to joining the OB/Gyn and Incontinence Center at Glendale Adventist, she was a faculty physician at the University of Southern California. She is a native English speaker with advanced Spanish proficiency from her previous role as a medical Spanish translator.
